Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on most flower bouquets and certain gift items. However we are happy to send you substitute bouquet to replace.
When will I get my order?
We will work diligently to send out your flowers on time. Long distance delivery (not in DC area) times vary depending on your location between 2-3days.
Where are your products are from?
We source our flowers and gift items both locally and South America. All gift items are made in US. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Local delivery within DC area is $10. Shipping for long distance is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
