Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since the flower delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to nature of our product. Fresh flowers are highly perishable and depending on owners care and condition product should last up to 10-14days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase and image of items received within 48 hours.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they do not resemble what you have selected. you are welcome to exchange it for the same value item, send us an email at hello@therootsandblooms.com
Gifts
If the item was sent to you as a gift when delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/store credit will be e-mailed to you.
