Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know within 24 hrs and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We are unable to accept returns on most flower bouquets and certain gift items. However we are happy to send you substitute bouquet to replace.

We will work diligently to send out your flowers on time. Long distance delivery (not in DC area) times vary depending on your location between 2-3days.

Our products are manufactured both locally and other states in the US. All gift items we source are made in US. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Local delivery within DC area is $10. Shipping for long distance is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
