Shipping policy

We deliver within DC DMV area. Which includes DC, Arlington VA, Fallschurch VA, Hyattsville MD, Capitol Heights MD, Suitland MD, some areas in Silver Spring MD.

The delivery fee varies between cities. If the recipient not available during delivery hours we will attempt the next day or contact the recipient to discuss further instructions. The sender is obligated to provide us the accurate delivery address and contact information of the receiving party for successful delivery.

We are unable to accept returns on most flower bouquets and certain gift items. However we are happy to send you substitute bouquet to replace.

We will work diligently to send out your flowers on time. Long distance delivery (not in DC area) times vary depending on your location between 2-3days.

We source our flowers and gift items both locally and South America. All gift items are made in US. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Local delivery within DC area is $10. Shipping for long distance is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
