I've been a customer of roots and blooms for the last 5 years and have always been incredibly impressed with their beautiful designs and customer service. Their designs have added a beautiful touch to work receptions I've hosted or personal parties (like the design attached for my 40th birthday). Or they've presented a wonderful surprise for friends celebrating or recovering. I highly recommend them.

BEWARE! I made an online order 8/9 for a floral arrangement to be delivered on 8/11. They delivered a day late! No email or call to me warning me that this was going to happen/not be delivered as requested. Most people order for birthdays and other important events, as I did. But, flowers a day later do not have the same impact. It makes it appear as if the sender forgot....not a reliable florist.

Roots and Bloom was awesome. They delivered across town as early as they could. And the arrangement was pristine.
